In The Dark will be curating a short listening session as part of an evening inspired by the chilling world of Edgar Allan Poe, curated by our friends at Poet In The City.
It will be a night of discussion, live poetry, immersive audio and Poe-inspired music. We will hear from fantasy, horror and sci-fi journalist and Poe specialist Kim Newman; broadcaster Kevin Le Gendre on Poe and music and the musicians Beibei Wang, Mirayam Solomon, Roland Ramanan and Roderick Corbeau (aka Re:EAP). Poe’s words will be brought to life by actor Paapa Essiedu.
And, of course, we’ll be plunging you into the dark for a suitably creepy listening session to round off the night.
