Fancy a day trip to the seaside? On the last Sunday of October we’re traveling down to Folkestone for a one-off event in collaboration with Defining Lines, a collective of artists who aim to create space for discussion around the complex issues of borders and migration. Alice Myers, Aida Silvestri and Nikolas Ventourakis will be exhibiting in Folkestone, on the border of the UK.
We’ll be joining them on Sunday afternoon to play a series of audio works, drawing on radio, podcasts and sound archives from around the world on the theme of “Defining Lines”. From musical migration to vocal variations, join ITD’s Founding Director Nina Garthwaite and London Curator Rosanna Arbon, who will be playing the works in the exhibition space and talking about their selection
