Our first event in Berlin was in an upside down bar called Madame Claude, where the furniture is on the ceiling. Naturally, we decided to go with a topsy-turvy theme, and opened the night with this piece, produced by Phil Smith for the event. It’s an interview with one of the bar owners about the many upside things in his life: his childhood dreams of hanging from the ceiling, his penchant for speaking backwards, and mysterious woman who inspired the bar theme in the first place.
