Before filling in the form below make sure you have:

– read our Guidelines and Rules and Regulations
– uploaded your work to an online platform such as SoundCloud and enabled downloading so that you can include the URL on this form with a password, if necessary

– paid the £15 entree fee through Paypal, and made a note of your Transaction ID – you will need this to complete the submission form.

and, if your production is not in English:

– Have your translation script ready to upload onto this form.
